-Saved an estimated $50,000 in optical assembly yearly rework costs by fabricating an RTV adhesive verification fixture/ test stand.
-Utilized SolidWorks, a 3D printer, and a mill to fabricate the verification fixture.
-Conducted root-cause analysis of failures on optical assemblies, PDU boards, electronic boards, and lasers.
-Led a 6-member cross-functional team of quality and supply chain managers to conduct a metal fabrication supplier analysis project to identify top-performing suppliers.
